Family Council

Family Council is an organized, self-led, self-determining, democratic group composed of family and friends of the residents of Marshall Gowland Manor.

The Council serves as a support group to work with residents, their family members and management staff.  The Council allows family members to bring forward suggestions to improve care and services.

Residents’ Council

The Residents’ Council offers a means through which you as a resident can make suggestions, participate in decisions, and share in the planning of daily activities.  The Council represents all residents of Marshall Gowland Manor.

Meetings are held monthly, and all residents are welcome to attend.  Meeting minutes are posted in the home for residents and families to review.
