The Villa

The Food Service team members at The Villa work very diligently each and every day, not only to serve meals to the Elders living here, but also to prepare meals for the local Meals on Wheels Program and for all of the people that come to the Adult Day Program.

One of the most popular entrées the cooks prepare is the pizza!

Pizza Recipe:

• 12-inch pizza crust
• Pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon and sausage crumble, mushrooms, onions, green pepper and the secret ingredient that makes it taste delicious is Italian seasoning sprinkled on top.
• Bake in the oven at 400 and the smell of it cooking radiates through the home, making everyone hungry!

Once the pizza is baked it is sent to the neighbourhoods and the Food servers do an amazing job at ensuring the Elders enjoy their little slice of heaven.
