The County’s Adult Day Program provides affordable, individualized support that is responsive to the needs of community participants and caregivers in order to encourage and maintain their independence.

The Sarnia Day Program is located at:
The Manor Long-Term Care Home
749 Devine St.
Sarnia, ON  

Transportation can be arranged by contacting any of the following providers: Sarnia Transit Care-a-Van, Red Cross, Lambton Elderly Outreach or private providers.

Program Information

Programs run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Sunday.  Activities are responsive to the needs and interest of participants and include:

  • Individualized program plans in consultation with each participant’s family
  • Therapeutic recreation in a supervised environment
  • Entertaining and stimulating activities
  • Nutritious meals and snacks
