Care Partners
We recognize that in order for you to thrive and flourish, we must also include and support your care partners. To do so, we offer the following support:
- Social work services
- Newsletters with information and updates about the Home
- Referrals to community supports when required (Alzheimer Society Sarnia-Lambton, Family Counselling Centre)
- Family Council meetings and information board
- Opportunities to take part in activities with people who live in the Home
- Areas to enjoy meals and visits together
