All County Homes provide meals for community members through partnerships with community agencies. Hot and frozen meals are prepared at the Homes and delivered to clients of the meal programs. Below is some information about how to purchase theses meals.
Lambton Elderly Outreach (LEO)-Meals On Wheels Program
Meals on Wheels (MOW) helps people, who are unable to shop and prepare their own food, maintain their independence at home by delivering nutritious, delicious and affordable meals. Visits from Meals on Wheels volunteers provide support, peace of mind and a caring connection to the community.
LEO offers two different meals on wheels options for clients that live in rural Lambton County.

Sarnia-Lambton Branch Meals on Wheels – Ontario – Canadian Red Cross
The Meals on Wheels program delivers affordable, nutritious and delicious meals to members of the community who are unable to prepare their own food. Meals on Wheels helps people continue living independently while maintaining a healthy diet.

Lambton Meadowview VILLA and North Lambton LODGE also provide a meal program to people living in the apartments adjacent to these Homes. If you would like more information about these programs please contact the respective Home.
