An email received from a family:

Juliette’s daughter was just here and wanted to express that they are thrilled with the care. Juliette was not doing so well when she first was admitted but now she said her whole family feel “100 Fold” that their mom has excelled since she has been here and they believe the recreation staff  is the best and that her mom is excelling because of her. She also wanted to mention that her Mom really likes the hairdresser. Her daughter really wanted to point out the positive and let everyone know!
